Verily Group has won the bid for a 610 million yuan project for the full quantification treatment of leachate from Shenyang Tiger Flushing

Recently, Verili Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the leachate treatment and renovation project of Shenyang Laohuchong Domestic Waste Sanitary Landfill. The designed treatment capacity of the project is 1,100 tons per day, with a winning bid unit price of 158.60 yuan per ton. The operation period is 10 years, and the estimated total revenue during the operation period is approximately 610 million yuan (including tax). The project adopts the ROT(Build-Operate-Transfer) model. Through long-term operation, it further enhances the original system's ability to withstand shock loads, completely solving the problem of secondary pollution caused by the reinjection of concentrated liquid, and providing a brand-new model for the treatment of landfill sites in the severely cold regions of Northeast China.

 

Technical core: Fully quantified processing technology achieves "zero pollution"



1. Triple process chain collaborative governance




• Core treatment process: The combined technology of "homogenization tank + external MBR+ nanofiltration (NF) + reverse osmosis (RO)" is adopted to deeply purify the leachate.




• Full quantitative disposal of concentrated liquid: A new nanofiltration concentrated liquid treatment system (two-stage coagulation sedimentation + plate and frame filtration) was built, and the reverse osmosis concentrated liquid system was upgraded (softening +MVR evaporation drying +RO guarantee). Eliminate reinjection pollution and achieve 100% resource utilization of wastewater.




• Sludge dewatering innovation: The high-pressure diaphragm plate and frame system was renovated, with the sludge moisture content ≤60%, significantly reducing transportation and disposal costs.




2. Digital intelligent control and management




A new intelligent supervision platform has been added to monitor key operational indicators in real time, achieving a full-process closed-loop management of "water quality early warning - equipment diagnosis - energy consumption optimization".


 

 

Environmental benefits: Synergy of resource regeneration and carbon reduction




Through the above-mentioned technological innovations, the project can produce approximately 1,100 tons of qualified reclaimed water every day, safeguarding the ecological security of the Hun River Basin. At the same time, relying on the steam recycling and reuse technology of the MVR evaporation system, it achieves an annual carbon reduction equivalent to planting approximately 120,000 trees, truly realizing a win-win situation for both environmental and economic benefits.
